As with all our enquiries, the journey starts with a free home visit to discuss the customers needs. Our free home visit enables us to carry out a full survey to assess the work involved to give you an accurate quote so there is no hidden costs at the end.
With all our lighting projects we have to take into consideration a variety of considerations, Features, Levels and Structures to name a few. We needed a suitable light that would create a garden path walk way and also light up features such as trees and potted plants. We chose the weather proof recessed walk over up lights which has changeable gu10 LED bulbs for added reliability and maintenance purposes. The bulb types can be changed as often as you change your mind from a low level warm white to a blinding bright white!
As well as the lighting project the customer required an outdoor socket at their patio area. When providing power to an outside area its vital to use a hard-wearing power cable designed for outdoor use. We always use a high quality steel wired armoured cable for our outdoor projects to provide maximum protection to outdoor elements. The sockets we use are weatherproof ip66 rated to protect against water and dust ingress and are also ik06 impact resistant to protect against accidental knocks and bumps.
